Pilates is a body conditioning system of precisely executed exercises that set the body in correct alignment so that the muscles can be targeted and exercised effectively.

Pilates improves posture, tones and strengthens the body and is known for giving a long, lean look and flat belly. It is also known for its benefits as a rehabilitation tool and for helping to protect against injury, aches and pain.

Michelle offers beginner, improver and advanced classes, barre Pilates, men only classes, ante-natal and post-natal classes, and Pilates for teams. She also does one to one mat Pilates & reformer Pilates.
