Pilates improves posture, tones and strengthens the body and is known for giving a long, lean look and flat belly. It is also known for its benefits as a rehabilitation tool and for helping to protect against injury, aches and pain.
Michelle offers beginner, improver and advanced classes, barre Pilates, men only classes, ante-natal and post-natal classes, and Pilates for teams. She also does one to one mat Pilates & reformer Pilates.
