This dynamic class led by our experienced instructor Jacqueline Toner and builds significant core strength, concentration and flexibility. Practiced in a heated room (25-30 degrees), it is energizing and fun and appeals to anyone who appreciates a healthy sweat.

No previous experience needed for beginners level class.
