Knee Pain Class

Symptoms of osteoarthritic (OA) knee can include dull achy pain in and around the knee joint, feeling of stiffness after periods of inactivity. Symptoms can gradually increase over time without appropriate treatment.

Little to no evidence to show that key hole surgery for osteoarthritic knee (OA) is effective.

A gradual knee and lower body strengthening, balance and flexibility programme is much more effective.

The class will be open to all ages, active and non active and will be supervised by a chartered physiotherapist.

Warm Flow Yoga – Beginner Level

This dynamic class led by our experienced instructor Sabrina Friel and builds significant core strength, concentration and flexibility. Practiced in a heated room (25-30 degrees), it is energizing and fun and appeals to anyone who appreciates a healthy sweat.

No previous experience needed for beginners level class.
